What to include

Providing the relevant details helps identify the correct order, product, or document:

• Your order number, when the question concerns an order
• The product name and listed size
• The lot or batch number shown on the container, when requesting documentation
• A clear description of the question or issue
• Photographs of the outer package, shipping label, and affected item when reporting shipping damage

Certificate of analysis requests

Certificates of analysis are available upon request when documentation is available for the identified product lot. Review Research Product Documentation and COA Requests before sending a request. The Research Product Documentation Glossary explains common report terms.
