United States shipping

Xtreme Aminos currently ships research products and laboratory supplies to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is provided through UPS Ground for a flat $8 shipping fee.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days before they are transferred to UPS. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Express delivery may be available upon request; contact Xtreme Aminos before ordering to ask about available options.

When your shipment arrives

Inspect the package and product labels when the shipment is received. Confirm the product name, quantity, lot information, and condition of the packaging before placing research materials into inventory. Use the laboratory receiving checklist for a documented receiving workflow.

Damage, incorrect items, and documentation

If a shipment arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, preserve the packaging, take clear photos, and review the returns and replacement policy. For lot-specific documentation questions, see Research Product Documentation and COA Requests.
