These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using xtremeaminos.com and placing orders with Xtreme Aminos. Read them together with our Research-Use Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these conditions, do not place an order.

Who may purchase

You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter a purchase agreement, and a qualified researcher buying solely for lawful laboratory, institutional, or educational research. If you order for an organization, you must have permission to act for it. We may request information to verify eligibility and may decline an order when the intended use or eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Research materials and buyer responsibilities

All products are for nonclinical laboratory research and education only. They are not for human or veterinary administration, personal consumption, food use, or clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use. A listing, scientific reference, or certificate of analysis does not establish safety or effectiveness for those uses. We do not provide medical advice or instructions for administering products to people or animals.

Before purchasing, determine whether the material may lawfully be acquired and used by your facility. You are responsible for suitable training, facilities, protective measures, storage, handling, and disposal, and for following applicable laws, product labels, available safety documentation, and institutional procedures. Do not relabel, advertise, or supply our materials as products suitable for human or animal use.

Accounts, pricing, and orders

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details, protect your account credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity. Prices are shown in US dollars. Review the products, selected sizes, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and total at checkout before submitting an order.

Availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee fulfillment. We may contact you about an inventory shortage, an obvious listing error, payment verification, or an eligibility concern. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; requests may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun.

Shipping and product concerns

We currently ship within the United States. Standard UPS Ground shipping is $8 per order, with normal processing of 1–2 business days before carrier transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Contact us before ordering if you need to ask about express service. Our Shipping Policy provides further details.

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report shipping damage, incorrect items, or eligible defective-product concerns to info@xtremeaminos.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and supporting details; photographs of the product and packaging are required for shipping-damage claims. Keep the packaging during review. Verified shipping-damage claims qualify for a one-time replacement at no cost. For incorrect items, Xtreme Aminos covers return shipping and reshipment. The Returns Policy explains eligibility and exclusions, including reconstituted products, improper storage, and missing proof of purchase. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy required by applicable law.

Product information and documentation

Check the product name, size, and lot details against your order and records. Request available lot-specific documents through our documentation page. Analytical results relate to the tested sample and stated testing conditions; they do not promise a particular research outcome or establish suitability for every application. Tell us if you notice an inaccurate listing so we can investigate it.

Responsible use of the website

Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the store, submit fraudulent orders, or upload unlawful material. Xtreme Aminos names, branding, original images, and original website content belong to us or their respective rights holders. Access to the website does not grant permission to reuse those materials commercially. We may restrict access to address fraud, security threats, or violations of these terms.

Service limitations and your legal rights

Website access may occasionally be interrupted, and information may require correction. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that a product will achieve a particular experimental result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xtreme Aminos is not responsible for indirect business losses arising from website interruptions or a buyer’s misuse of materials. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not override express commitments in our published policies.

Privacy, questions, and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Agreement to these terms does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts or authorize uses of information beyond that policy and applicable law.

For order questions or disputes, email info@xtremeaminos.com with your order number and a description of the issue. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived. We may update this page for future transactions; the effective date identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
